Google Trends Google Search Console Now more than ever it is recommended to use the 'compare tool' in Google Search Console, with which you can easily compare with a previous period. During this time, the search behaviour of your target group can change every day. If you click on only one KPI (so only impressions, only clicks, only CTR or only average position)  adds a 'difference' column photo editor to the table. If you use this column to sort, you can see the biggest differences (positive or negative) for the time period and metric you selected at the touch of a button.

If you do this for clicks, you will immediately see the actual traffic you have gained or lost.
